Receive a refund if you return a product within 15 days of your delivery date that is still in brand new condition, with the original packaging and all items delivered with the product.
Guitar Gully’s return policy is significantly better than almost any other marketplace or eCommerce site, which typically allow only a “10-day exchange” vs Guitar Gully’s “15-day return”. See details below:
For products returned with the following conditions, a 15% product missing/damaged fee will be deducted from the refunded amount:
Wear and tear on the product like small scratches and dents
Damage to the original manufacturing box or accessories
Missing box items like an owner’s manual or software/driver CDs, etc.
Damage or dents incurred during the return shipping process
Tampered / Missing barcode from the product
Refunds will not be processed for products with more significant damage or missing major accessories like connector cables or DC power supplies.
Return Policy Exceptions
Products received with physical damage must be reported to Guitar Gully within 2 days of the delivery date, along with supporting pictures or videos.
Products received with missing accessories should be reported within 2 days of the delivery date. Claims made after this period will not be honored.
Products purchased as Open Box cannot be returned. All Open Box sales are final. Open Box products have been tested and are guaranteed to be functional. If you believe your Open Box product is non-functional, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at help@guitargully.com with video evidence. Open Box products enjoy a 2-year standard Guitar Gully warranty (B-stock Open Box products have a 1-year warranty).
We do not accept returns for the following items:
All wind instruments (e.g. Harmonicas, Flutes, Saxophones), all Microphones, and all Headphones/Earphones (e.g. In-ear monitors, True Wireless Earphones) due to hygiene/COVID-19 risks, unless there is a product defect.
Opened software products, whether bundled or purchased, which require registration. Since we cannot verify registration status, Guitar Gully cannot accept returns for these items.
Products with manufacturer seals – once the seal is broken, they cannot be reassigned, and are returnable only in cases of product malfunction.
Audio Interfaces, MIDI Keyboards, or any product requiring software registration.
Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers
Acoustic Drum Kits, Drum Heads, and Cymbals – returnable only if defective.
Products damaged due to wrong power supply or voltage issues will not be accepted. A high-quality voltage stabilizer and spike protector is necessary to protect all electronic gear.
Products that show willful or intentional damage.
Products bought from our retail store or warehouse are not eligible for “non-satisfaction” returns, but this policy applies in cases of defects or damages.
Note: If Guitar Gully is unable to arrange a pickup, you may have to ship the product to our facility. We will reimburse you for the shipping once the product is received.
Unless you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you are responsible for sending the product back to our warehouse.
For non-satisfaction returns (i.e. not defective, damaged, or wrong items), you can either:
Return the product yourself, or
Opt for our pickup service with a charge of 7% (Min ₹500, Max ₹2000), which will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Refunds for “non-satisfaction” returns will not include additional shipping charges paid during order placement.

Refunds will be processed only after we receive and verify the returned package. The refunded amount will be transferred within 3–5 business days, as per banking and gateway rules.

If you wish to cancel an order, please fill the Contact Us form or call us immediately at +91-95993 99965 (ext. 2) and quote your 6-digit order number.
Orders for software and plugins cannot be cancelled once placed.
If the order hasn’t been shipped, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
If it has already shipped, a full refund will be provided minus the shipping fee, once the package is returned to us.
