Return and Refund Policy | Guitar Gully

At Guitar Gully, we want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. We take great care to deliver high-quality musical instruments and accessories in secure packaging. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy is here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are found to be damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
  • Certain items such as software, digital downloads, gift cards, and items purchased on clearance or sale may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of wear and tear, misuse, or physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Items customized or specially ordered for the customer.
  • Perishable or hygiene-related products (like reeds, mouthpieces, or earphones) due to safety reasons.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at help@guitargully.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange pickup where possible. In some cases, you may need to ship the item back to us.
  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet).
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after verifying your account details.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval by our support team.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize resolving the issue with a replacement or refund.
